We welcome the opportunity to co-op with outside restaurant brokers and investment bankers who co-op with us in turn. Our policy is that we co-op 50% / 50% with an outside restaurant broker or investment banker when we represent the buyer or lessee, and 75% / 25% when we represent the seller or lessor. We know that this second split seems to be out of the ordinary, but it is based on our high operating costs as a specialized web-oriented brokerage company, and a variety of other factors that have arisen over the years since we began our company in 1987.

If you are currently a business broker or real estate broker specializing in restaurants, and you would like to receive information about joining the National Association of Restaurant Brokers, a non-profit association, we urge you to contact us and we will provide you with an NARB information kit.
