- Up to $20 million in annual revenue
- Established franchise brands with a demonstrated resale market
- Single-brand or multi-brand operating portfolios
- At least three years of profit-and-loss statements, or complete financial history for newer businesses
- Locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee or Virginia
